So far, and I compared a lot The 3 others even worth mentioning are "A2 Hosting", "Scala Hosting", "SkySilk". But these are better than Google and AWS etc... of them, I think the best option is Contabo. Kick-ass performance, BEST value (by far) and, since I am based in Europe, Contabo is located in Germany.
