12:33:13 CET Had to brush my teeth extra well after the coffee this morning as I had a dentist appointment . It was comforting that J's appointment was at the same time as mine.
14:07:17 CET The excursion yesterday with the 3 of us was absolutely fantastic. A day planned with extremely interesting (the jaw-dropping kind) things to see about the 1st world war. We visited two museums, enjoyed great food in the restaurant called Depot and ending the day with "the last post" performance. An emotionally charged tribute to the fallen, at the place where the British troops entered into Ieper. Overwhelming feeling driving home enjoying each other as family, outside the dramatic skies highlighted by the sun. Perfect ending to a fantastic day!
