11:01:22 CET Enjoying my coffee while the rain is poring down outside the window . Yesterday ended up being surprisingly fun; a friend "passed by" and ended up staying the evening. We started with beers and in the evening we enjoyed a spontaneously made tapas table.
11:58:27 CET How to setup your streaming radio with VLC Setting up a streaming radio is really easy and playing it with VLCHow it looks like using VLC (or any media-/music player). Actually, it's just a matter of creating a playlist. I simply created a playlist in VLC by adding (shortcut CTRL + N) network URLs. Once done, you export the playlist - "save playlist as file" (shortcut CTRL + Y). Important is to use the M3U8 format. I found a great collection of URLs to radio streams (Swedish radio stations) here.
23:20:58 CET We did an excursion today. We went to visit the Nazi prison camp Fort Breendonk. It served more as a deportation camp where prisoners got interrogated and often tortured before they were sent off to concentration camps like Buchenwald, Dachau or Auschwitz. Many died or were executed on site. Absolutely horrific!
