17:34:02 CET Luckily that we anchored stuff down and made it storm proof yesterday; today the storm arrived. It was not safe for J to go to school by moped nor bicycle so I drove him this morning. Lucky, because as I was going to pick him up the storm was over us. 35 knots (18 m/s) and gusts reaching much more, causes chaos everywhere. You see and hear fire trucks and police sirens all the time.
You can see that we are JUST outside the "red area" (see the image above) but it still causes damage - our neighbours roof, the complete corner, is seriously damaged. First I noticed wooden beams in our garden and later discovered it came from our neighbours roof...
