18:09:34 CET Special day today! It was a real garage day, the clutch need to be fixed on the little car and J's moped was still at the tyre center. Yes, we heard nothing back from them until late today. In fact, by the end of the day we had not heard from the car either. After a couple of calls we learned that the moped was done (without letting us know as they promised) and that we could get the car. No, not because it was done, but because they had ordered wrong parts and couldn't finish. A new appointment was booked.
One of two done, a 50% success rate... But we had to call and coordinate it all ourselves. "Sorry, it is soooo busy here at the moment", is the answer we get. So that makes the crappy service all OK? I wanted to answer how extremely sorry I was for bothering them with additional business . Paying full price is never a problem however .
